I ended up making 6 pies this weekend for a pioneer party: 2 each of Brown Bag Apple (you actually bake it in a brown paper sack in the oven), Peach Custard (with a delicious streusel-like topping), and Sour Cream Lemon. We came home with 1/2 a pie and Ryan has pretty much polished it off by now.
